The most common type of massage. Typically for clients looking to simply relax, reduce stress, and ease any sore or tight muscles, through gentle, Swedish-style massage.
All the benefits of a deep tissue massage, but without the elbows! This ancient technique is one of my favorites and is especially effective on hard to reach joints that are trickier to massage, like knees, shoulders, ankles and even elbows & hands! Please try a cupping session before you get that knee surgery!

The top and bottom of our spine, are the most structurally crucial points of our body that support us as we live our lives each day. Easily, many suffer from an overtight sacrum (lower-back/pelvis area) and even more from a stiff neck or headaches from neck tension. This modality pinpoints those target areas and releases tensions within the lower spine & head, reducing pain/ stress throughout our bodies, creating space in those areas that can't catch a break from sleeping.

Focusing on the feet, this is also known as zone therapy. It is an alternative medical practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet, ears, and hands. This is done using thumb, finger, and hands without the use of oil or lotion. This modality is effective because areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body.
A massage without laying down or taking off clothes - this quick modality focuses on the entire back and typically aims towards restoring the loss of any range of movement in the shoulders and lower back.
